ChANGE CONSULTANT and FACILITATOR since 2016
Julian Alessandro Barros is an international change consultant and facilitator with experience in business & cultural transformation, organizational development and HR excellence.
Since 2016, Alessandro has been helping people and organizations to successfully navigate through change. His skills as a facilitator are based on a solid experience in workshop-based trainings, which enable him to provide valuable and practical content, as well as effective guidance to his clients.
He is also involved in designing and delivering customized education programs for the Executive Masters of Lisbon’s Catholic School of Business and Economics. Additionally, he is responsible for grading Change Management classes at the Lisbon MBA Program.
Alessandro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Cologne, Germany and a Master of Science degree in International Management from Lisbon’s Catholic School of Business and Economics.
Since 2016 he is actively studying coaching and neurolinguistics programming in Germany and is certified in NLP by the International NLP Trainer Association.
He is fluent in English, German and Portuguese and shows a strong basic knowledge in Spanish and French.
