My Change Coach is a company that specializes in helping its clients deal with change since 1998. It has an international outreach with experience in over 15 countries and is powered by a team of passionate and experienced professionals with a proven record in delivering results. We really enjoy what we do and this comes across from the very start of your interaction with us and all the way through to the completion of your assignment.
The core team is made up of two change management professionals and an external investor each bringing a unique set of skills and expertise to help achieve and sustain excellence in everything we do.
Additional resources are rigourosly selected from an extensive international network of tested consultants, coaches and trainers that enable My Change Coach to respond to the needs of our clients quickly and efficiently.
My Change Coach was founded and is headed Daniele dell'Erba. Team members include Julian Alessandro Madeira Barros and Ana Santos in addition to a wide range of contractors and external associates that join the team on specific projects.
